An 18ct gold synthetic sapphire single-stone ring. The rectangular-shape orange sapphire, to the openwork gallery, engraved sides and plain band. Import marks for Birmingham, 1988. Weight 3.8gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Band slightly out of shape. Synthetic sapphire dark slightly brownish-orange, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Ring size P1/2. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
