BID ON THE-SALEROOM.COM
An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond three-stone ring. The circular-shape sapphire and brilliant-cut diamond sides, to the textured sides and tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Hallmarks for London, 1982. Weight 2.9gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Sapphire medium dark, well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright. A large light coloured cloud can be seen to one diamond, with smaller light and dark inclusions scattered within the other diamond very easily seen under magnification. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions, some very small nicks can be seen to the facet edges of the sapphire. Ring size K.
