BID ON THE-SALEROOM
An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond dress ring. The graduated oval-shape sapphire line, raised to brilliant-cut diamond line sides, with grooved band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct. Import marks for London, 1981. Weight 8.5gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds well matched. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. The sapphires are a well matched deep medium blue hue, with good clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions. Ring size J 1/2. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
