BID ON THE-SALEROOM
An 18ct gold emerald and diamond dress ring. Of hexagonal outline, the rectangular-shape emerald, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Weight 7.7gms.
Overall condition good. Surface scratches in keeping with general wear. The emerald is a light to medium green hue, well saturated, with typical inclusions, light surface scratches and nibbles to the facet edges. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. The diamonds are bright. Ring size N1/2.
