An 18ct gold emerald and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape emerald, within a brilliant-cut diamond double surround, to the trifurcated shoulders and tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Weight 4.6gms.
Overall condition very good. Emerald light cloudy green, fairly well saturated, with profuse inclusions that significantly affect the passage of light through the stone, some of which are surface reaching. Emerald in good to fair condition with some abrasion and very minor nibbles to some girdle and facet edges. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright and lively. Light coloured inclusions can be seen with the naked eye, some of which are surface reaching. Diamonds in good condition with minor abrasions. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate and full colour and clarity assessment. Ring size N. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
