An 18ct gold diamond dress ring. The square-shape diamond, with baguette-cut diamond line sides, to the brilliant-cut diamond border. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.40ct, H-I colour, P1 clarity. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Weight 4.3gms.
Overall condition good to fair. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear. Principal diamond has a significant chip to one corner, and a small chip to another corner, partially concealed by claw settings. Internally estimated VS clarity. One brilliant-cut diamond deficient. Individual size and setting of smaller diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. The diamonds are bright and well matched. Ring size N.
