A Victorian silver dish of oval form, entirely embossed with fruiting and floral scrolls upon a stippled background and raised on a spread oval foot. Hallmarked Horace Woodward & Co (Edgar Finley & Hugh Taylor), London 1887. Maximum length measuring 11 1/2 inches (29 cm), weight 132 ozt (413 grams).
Good overall condition. The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
