A Victorian 18ct gold ruby and diamond five-stone ring. The circular-shape ruby and single-cut diamonds, inset to the tapered band. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1890. Weight 3.4gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Diamond fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct. Ruby Dark red hue, well saturated, with moderate clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in poor condition with significant abrasion, chips and nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. ring size L1/2 Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
