A twentieth century Dutch silver cigarette case, decorated with embossed dockland scenes to exterior and engraved initials, opening to reveal dual compartments having further embossed scenes of fishing couple, Dutch assay marks for 1900, length measures 3 2/8 inches (8.25 cm). Together with an Edwardian silver vesta case having foliate engraved exterior with initialled cartouche, G Loveridge & Co., Birmingham 1902, and a pair of Eastern salad servers, the foliate pierced and engraved bowls mounted with ebonised handles. Gross weighable silver 3.23 ozt (100.5 grams). (3).
Dutch cigarette case displaying heavy rubbing to exterior with some loss of definition to decoration, few small dints, bumps and marks to exterior. Vesta case displaying general light tarnishing and hinge fairly loose. The serving set each displaying tarnishing and wear, and fork detached from handle but with no losses.
