A tourmaline and diamond necklace. The oval-shape pink tourmaline collet, suspended from a stylised foliate and floral old and rose-cut diamond panel, with fancy-link chain. Approximate tourmaline dimensions: 11.6 by 9.6 by 6.5mms. Length of pendant 5.2cms. Length of chain 37cms. Weight 6.5gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Tourmaline medium slightly purplish-pink, well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions. Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight estimation. Diamonds vary in shape cut and size. Diamonds bright to fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
