BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A tanzanite and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape tanzanite, within a brilliant-cut diamond scalloped surround, to the plain band. Approximate tanzanite dimensions: 11 by 8 by 5mms. Estimated total diamond weight 1.20ct. Weight 6.6gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear. The tanzanite is a medium to dark purplish-blue hue, well saturated, with minor surface scratches and nibbles to the facet edges. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. The diamonds are bright. Stamped 18ct partially indistinct. Ring size N1/2.
