A set of three George III silver caddies, comprising a pair of tea caddies and a sugar box, each of plain oblong form, crested and with gadrooned border, the tea caddies with detachable domed cover and the sugar caddy with hinged lid. Hallmarked John Langford II & John Sebille, London 1766. Height measuring 5 1/4 inches (13.5 cm), gross weight 32.7 ozt (1020 grams).
In good overall condition. The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
