BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A set of amethyst and diamond jewellery. The pendant designed as a pear-shape amethyst cabochon, within a panel surround, to the brilliant and baguette-cut diamond surmount, together with matching ear pendants. Estimated total diamond weight 0.45ct. Length of pendant 3.3cms. Length of ear pendants 3.2cms. Weight 17.8gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Diamond fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Amethysts medium hue, fairly well saturated, with fair to moderate clarity and many typical inclusions. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Stamped 750. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
