- Lot Description
BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A selection of three foil-back garnet items. To include a circular-shape garnet cluster ring, a vari-shape garnet cluster panel component and a garnet and red paste pendant. Two garnets deficient. Ring size Q. Diameter of panel 2.4cms. Length of pendant 4.5cms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Band slightly out of shape. Garnets fairly well matched to each item. Garnets medium purplish-red to dark red, moderately to well saturated, with good to fair clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
