A selection of three fobs. To include a late 19th century gold foliate embossed amethyst spinner fob, a citrine spinner fob, together with a 9ct gold tiger's-eye, onyx and carnelian spinner fob. One with hallmarks for Sheffield, 1992. Lengths 2.3 to 2.6cms. Total weight 15.8gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Amethyst light purple, low saturation, with fair clarity and typical inclusions easily visible to the naked eye, some of which are surface reaching to one side. Citrine medium slightly brownish-orange, well saturated, with good clarity and no obvious inclusions. Hardstones vary in hue tone and saturation, with good to fair clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges, citrine with heavier abrasion to facet edgesCondition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
