BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A selection of three early 20th century silver Albert chains. To include a curb-link full Albert chain, with central T-bar, a curb-link Albert, suspending a late Victorian medallion, together with a further full Albert chain. Hallmarks for silver. Lengths 45 to 44cms. Weight 161.7gms.
Overall condition poor. Significant scratches/wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear. Some sections of the Albert chains are deficient. Significant tarnishing and discolouration to the links. Some links are heavily worn and have thinned where the links have worn together. Some lobster clasps are mishapen and may need attention. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition. - Shipping Info
