A selection of Scottish jewellery. To include a ptarmigan claw brooch, a flower-shape brooch with slate backing and fan-shape vari-coloured agate, together with four further items of agate jewellery. Hallmark for Birmingham, 1909. Stamp indicating gold. Lengths 4.4 to 17.5cms. Weight 73.5gms.
This lot is in fair condition, with scratches, dints and tarnish to the metal surface in keeping with age and wear. The circular and dirk brooches each have a stone deficient. The bracelet has a link deficient and clasp missing to one end. Ptarmigan claw is damaged and slightly split to one toe section.
