BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A selection of paste brooches. To include an early 19th century colourless paste cluster brooch, a 1950s silver colourless gem stylised bow brooch, a 1950s silver floral trefoil brooch, together with five further brooches. Two with hallmarks for London, 1951 and 1953. Lengths 1.7 to 4.5cms. Weight of hallmarked items 20.4gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. The early 19th century brooch has a replacement pin. Stones in fairly good condition, some with yellowish discoluration. Total weight 53.7gms. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
