A selection of late 19th to early 20th century jewellery. To include a gold sapphire and split pearl stickpin, a 9ct gold opal brooch, a pair of 9ct gold foliate engraved cufflinks, an imitation cultured pearl and paste bar brooch, together with a white metal brooch. Weight of gold items 6.9gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Opal brooch with gem deficient. One chain broken. Bar slightly bent. Opal drop may be later replacement. Cufflinks with shallow, noticeable dents. Opals are fairly well matched with predominatly green play of colour to bar and reddish orange play of colour to the drop. Sapphire is a medium blue hue, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions. Stickpin stamped 15ct to head and 9ct to pin.
