A selection of gem-set jewellery. To include a 9ct gold sapphire and diamond accent brooch, a blue topaz and diamond pendant suspended from a 9ct gold chain, together with a pair of amethyst, peridot and diamond ear pendants. Two with hallmarks for 9ct gold. Length of brooch 3.9cms. Length of pendant 2.1cms. Length of chain 41cms. Length of ear pendants 3.7cms. Total weight 13.2gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Gem vary in hue, tone and saturation, with mostly good to fair clarity and typical inclusions, sapphires show some profuse inclusions which somewhat affect the passage of light through the stone. Diamonds well matched to each item of jewellery. Diamonds bright, or fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
