BID ON THE-SALEROOM.COM
A selection of four early to mid 20th century brooches. To include a sapphire and split pearl floral bar brooch, a Royal Naval volunteer bar brooch, together with two 9ct gold bow brooches. Two with hallmarks for 9ct gold. Lengths 3 to 5.1cms. Total weight 9.9gms.
Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear. Typical inclusions visible to the sapphire with the unaided eye. Some split pearls are slightly greyer in colour than others. The anchor to the bar brooch is significantly tarnished, the back pin is deficient and the bar is bent. Pin deficient from one bow brooch. Some dents and areas of discolouration to the bow brooches. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
