BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A sapphire bib necklace. The graduated oval-shape sapphires woven mesh, to the oval-shape sapphire back chain and S-shape clasp. Length 44cms. Weight 8.9gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. sapphire medium blue, fairly well saturated, with poor clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Stamped 18k. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
