A sapphire and diamond pendant. The oval sapphire cabochon, suspended from a graduated brilliant-cut diamond line, to the tapered surmount and curb-link chain. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct, J-tinted colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Length of pendant 4.4cms. Length of chain 52cms. Weight 9.4gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. There are some dents to the surmount. Some diamonds are drawing more brown than others, inclusions visible with the unaided eye. Sapphire light blue, weak saturation of colour, with fair clarity and scattered typical inclusions, visible with the unaided eye. Stone in good condition with minor abrasions. Chain stamped 375 with Italian marks. There are some belcher-link extensions to the end of the chain. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
