A sapphire and diamond dress ring. The square-shape sapphire, with brilliant-cut diamond sides, to the single-cut diamond border and grooved band. Principal diamonds estimated total weight 0.40ct, I-J colour, SI clarity. Estimated total diamond weight 0.75ct. Weight 9.9gms. With associated case.
Overall condition good. Light surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. Diamonds bright and well matched. Principal diamonds assessed within the limitations of the settings. Band previously sized. Stamped 585. Ring size S. Inside of case marked Heinz Wipperfeld. Individual size and setting of smaller diamonds prevents accurate and full colour and clarity assessment.
