A sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape sapphire, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround, to the trifurcated shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 1.50cts, I-J colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Weight 6.1gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Some dark inclusions visible with the unaided eyeSapphire medium dark greenish blue, moderate to poor saturation, with some inclusions that affect the passage of light through the stone. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Ring size N1/2. Stamped 18ct. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
