A ruby and diamond pendant and ear stud set, together with a pair of emerald and diamond ear studs. The pendant designed as a ruby cluster within a diamond surround, with matching ear studs, together with a pair of illusion-set diamond and emerald floral ear studs. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct. Set with hallmarks for Birmingham, 1988. Length of pendant 1.5cms. Diameter of ear studs 1 to 0.7cms. Total weight 5.6gms.
Overall condition fair. Surface scratches, discolouration and dents in keeping with general wear. Chain not hallmarked. Diamonds fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Rubies medium purplish-red, fairly well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions. Emeralds medium yellowish-green, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions, some of which are surface reaching. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
