BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A ruby and diamond dress ring. The oval-shape ruby, to the old-cut diamond spacers and oval-shape ruby sides. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Ring size Q 1/2. Weight 7gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear. Band shows evidence of a resize. The rubies are a pinkish-red colour, well saturated, with light surface scratches and nibbles to the facet edges. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. The diamonds are bright. One significantly chipped to the back.
