BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A ruby and diamond dress ring. The oval-shape ruby collet graduated line, within a brilliant-cut diamond scalloped surround, to the tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.35ct. Ring size M. Weight 3.8gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Diamond fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Rubies medium to dark red to purplish red, fairly well saturated, with moderate clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Stamped 18k. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
