BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A ruby and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape ruby collet, within an old-cut diamond surround, to the ridged shoulders and ridged band. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct, H-I colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Ring size P. Weight 4.7gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear. There are pit marks to one of the shoulders. The ruby is a medium slightly pinkish-red hue, well saturated, with light surface scratches and nibbles to the facet edges. The diamonds are bright. Stamped 18ct.
