- Lot Description
BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A Pietra Dura brooch and matching ear pendants. The brooch depicting a floral motif, to the black onyx panel and scrolling border, together with matching ear pendants. Length of brooch 4.6cms. Length of earrings 2.1cms. Total weight 13.4gms.
Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. Pietra dura in generally good condition with light scratches, very small areas of repare to the brooch pietra dura. Small dents to the brooch frame and localised soft solder repair. Glue residue to the pietra dura in the brooch setting. Hook fittings for pierced ears. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue and online for coloured gemstones.
