BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A pair of Victorian silver grape scissors, ornately decorated throughout with trailing and fruiting vine. Hallmarks very worn and distorted but possibly a maker's mark for Yapp & Woodward (Birmingham 1844-1855). Length measures 7 ? inches (18.5 cm).
The grape scissors display some general wear, surface marks and scratches in keeping with the age and usage. Some tarnishing and they would benefit from a clean and polish. The scissor action appears in good working order, however they do not close flush. Hallmarks are mostly illegible. - Shipping Info
