BID ON THE-SALEROOM
* A pair of sapphire and diamond ear pendants. Of openwork design, the circular-shape sapphire and brilliant-cut diamond panel and surmount, suspending three pear-shape sapphire and diamond highlight drops, between brilliant-cut diamond articulated lines. Total diamond weight 2.39cts, stamped to mount. Total sapphire weight 3.27cts. Length 6.4cms. Weight 10.7gms.
Overall condition very good. Sapphires medium dark blue, well saturated, with good to fair clarity and typical inclusions. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions. Fixed posts for pierced ears. Stamped 750.
