A pair of ruby, amethyst and diamond earrings. Each designed as an oval amethyst cabochon collet, with circular ruby cabochon accent, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct. Length 2cms. Weight 8.9gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Amethyst have concealed backs, possibly foil backed. Amethyst medium purple, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions. Ruby medium pinkish-red, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions. With fixed posts for pierced ears. One back loose. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
