A pair of American mid-twentieth century four branch candelabra, each with circular filled base rising to a knopped stem and removable upper section with four serpentine branches and vase shape sockets. Marked 'sterling' and 'Duchin Creation' for the Duchin Silver Company (New York). Maximum height measures 9 3/8 inches (24 cm).
Both appear in fairly good overall condition, displaying some general wear, surface scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some small dints and bumps, especially around the bases. Residues of wax to sockets and both would benefit from a clean and polish. Also marked sterling to detachable section.
