A natural pearl two-row necklace. Comprising two strands of seventy-one and seventy-four natural saltwater pearls, measuring approximately 4.3 to 3.9mms, to the scroll engraved clasp with rose-cut diamond centre. Accompanied by report number 5775-2254, dated 12th June 2015, from Gemmological Certification Services, stating that the natural pearls are saltwater origin. Length 35cms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Rethreading recommended. The thread has worn thin near to the clasp. The bead detail near the clasp is a little damaged. Small sections have broken away and dents are present, in keeping with age. Please see report for full details on the pearls. Diamond bright with dark scattered inclusions throughout. Noticeable chip to edge of diamond, near a claw. Diamond is foil-backed. Approximate dimensions of diamond: 7.5 by 6.5mms.
