A mid-Victorian silver pepper pot with floral embossed decoration and engraved family crest, hallmarked Daniel & Charles Houle, London 1856. Together with a 1920's silver mounted glass caster and a 1930's silver mounted and wood pepper grinder. Weighable silver 2.47 ozt (77 grams). (3).
All three pieces display some general wear, surface scratches and marks in keeping with their age and general usage. Some heavy tarnishing to silver and mounts and would benefit from a clean and polish. Some dints and bumps, especially to the lids of the pepper and caster. Silver mounts on the wooden grinder are quite loose. Some rubbing and wear to hallmarks and maker's marks but mostly legible.
