- Lot Description
BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A mid 20th century sapphire and diamond bracelet. The alternating twin square-shape sapphire and single-cut diamond line, to the two-bar chain sides. Estimated total diamond weight 0.70ct. Length 16.2cms. Weight 9.5gms.
Overall condition fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general age and wear. Localised repair to the back of some links, some are joined and no longer articulated. One stone-set link may need attention. Sapphires have light to moderate surface scratches and nibbles to the facet edges. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue and online for coloured gemstones.
