BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A mid 20th century gold shell cameo brooch. The oval-shape shell carved to depict Psyche leaning over Eros, within a rope-twist surround. Length 6.2cms. Weight 28gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Stones in fair condition with some hair lien cracks visible to the reverse. With detached safety chain. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
