BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A mid 20th century diamond floral brooch. The circular and single-cut diamond cluster, within a single and baguette-cut diamond petal surround, to the vari-cut diamond stem and foliate sides. Estimated total diamond weight 5cts, principal diamond estimated tinted colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Length 6.1cms. Weight 21.6gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds fairly well matched. Principal diamond shows more colour and more inclusions than most of the other diamonds. Individual size and setting of most diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
