BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A mid 20th century diamond and synthetic ruby floral spray brooch. Of tri-colour design, the old-cut diamond and synthetic ruby flower, within a petal border, to the foliate stem, with calibre-cut synthetic ruby and pave-set diamond accents. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct, H-I colour, SI clarity. Length 8cms. Weight 21gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear. The synthetic rubies have light surface scratches and nibbles to the facet edges. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. The diamonds are bright.
