A mid 20th century 18ct gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape sapphire, within an old-cut diamond, illusion-set surround. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct. Weight 5.7gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Band shows slight evidence of repair/ resize. Diamonds well matched. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Sapphire is a deep blue hue, well saturated, with fair clarity including some reflective inclusions. Ssapphire in good condition with moderate abrasions. Ring size N. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
