A mid 20th century 18ct gold jade and diamond dress ring. The jadeite carved panel, with single-cut diamond pierced fringe and similarly designed surmount. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Weight 9.6gms. Jade untested.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Jadeite has uneven colour saturation. The panel moves slightly in setting. Band shows evidence of repair/ resize. The ring has possibly been put together/alternated at a later date. Diamond fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Ring size R. Stamped 18ct.
