A mid 20th century 18ct gold diamond brooch. Of marquise-shape outline, comprising a series of stepped scalloped-top discs, with brilliant-cut diamond highlights. Estimated total diamond weight 2.50 to 3cts. Length 7.1cms. Weight 31.2gms.
Overall condition good. Surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. General discolouration. Hook fitting to one end. Diamonds bright and fairly well matched. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate assessment. Varying inclusions. Stamped 18ct to affixed panel. Stamped 'Depose' to double pin mount.
