A mid 20th century 18ct gold and platinum diamond single-stone ring. The old-cut diamond, within an illusion surround, to the foliate shoulders. Estimated diamond weight 0.25ct, J-K colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Weight 1.8gms.
Overall condition good. Surface scratches to band in keeping with general wear. Diamond bright, with a surface reaching fracture and scattered inclusions. Diamond assessed within the limitations of the setting. Stamped 18ct Plat. Ring size H1/2.
