A mid 20th century 18ct gold and platinum diamond single-stone ring. The circular-cut diamond, to the tapered and grooved shoulders. Estimated diamond weight 0.55ct, H-I colour, P2 clarity. Weight 3gms.
Overall condition good. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. Band shows evidence of a resize. The diamond is bright, with noticeable dark inclusions. Surface reaching fractures running through the stone, may effect durability. Stamped 18ct PLAT. Ring size O.
