A mid 19th century memorial ring. Of marquise-shape outline, the white background with painted scene of a man on one knee holding the hand of a lady, to the engraved gallery and shoulders. Weight 7.9gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general wear. Glazed panel has some scratches in keeping in age. Painting in good condition with slight discolouration towards the edges. Ring size P 1/2.
