BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A mid 19th century gold turquoise and diamond memorial brooch. Of circular outline, the turquoise cabochon dome, with rose-cut diamond highlight, to the bead and rope-twist surround with oval turquoise cabochon accents, suspending a graduated fringe. One turquoise loose. Length 6cms. Weight 24.1gms.
Overall condition good. Surface scratches and minor discolouration in keeping with age and general wear. One turquoise cabochon loose. Some of the turquoise are replacements, glue visible in places.
