A mid 19th century gold garnet and diamond necklace. Comprising three circular-shape foil-back garnet cabochon and rose-cut diamond drops, each with suspended fringe, to the rope-twist chain with swag detail and cylindrical clasp. Length 44cms. Weight 20.3gms.
Overall condition good. Surface scratches and discolouration to settings in keeping with age and general wear. Sections of fringe and bead detail deficient.
