A mid 19th century gold diamond and enamel pendant. Of circular outline, the rose-cut diamond and red gem cabochon fly, to the blue enamel dome and coiled snake surround, suspended from a graduated rose-cut diamond surmount. Length 3.2cms. Weight 7.5gms.
Overall condition good. Surface scratches to setting in keeping with general wear. Glass compartment to reverse containing a dried flower. Small chip to edge of enamel dome. Individual size and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents accurate and full colour and clarity assessment. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
