BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A late Victorian woven hair Albert chain with 9ct gold swivel fob. The hair Albert with engraved gold terminals with lobster and T-bar fasteners, suspending a bloodstone and carnelian swivel fob, with scrolling pedestal. Hallmark for Birmingham, 1910. Length of Albert 42cms. Length of fob 3.8cms.
This lot is in fair condition, with scratches, dints and tarnish to the metal surface in keeping with age and wear. The stones to the fob are lightly scratched to the surface. Woven hair is frayed with a few loose hairs, to one end. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition. - Shipping Info
